Our company’s roots date back to 1946 when the real estate office of Ruttger & Ruttger first opened in the Brainerd Lakes Area. In 1977, the company became the first CENTURY 21 franchise in Northern Minnesota. CENTURY 21 Ruttger & Ruttger then merged with Brainerd Realty, taking the current name in 1996. More recently, in 2013, the company adjusted the ownership. Four of the previous owners, (all with over 35 years of local real estate experience), are still actively working here in real estate! Jim Ruttger, who was with the company in 1977, is currently the Broker / Co-owner along with Linda Steffen.
